Get Ready For President Trump Of The New Southern States.
Originally published in 2021 after Biden was elected.
Dear Friend, you called me late last night and asked me to tell you if you were awake. For you were afraid. Afraid that you had only dreamt that Joe Biden was President and that Trump was still in the White House.
If Trump was still President, you wanted to be put into a chemically assisted sleep and have nothing to do with the waking world during the coming four years.
You confessed that you have never truly recovered from the trauma of Hilary Clinton’s wholly unexpected loss to Trump: On the night of the Hilary Clinton/Trump election, your beloved pundits and analysts on CNN had confidently predicted a Clinton win. You had gone to bed relatively relaxed and woke up to find - Trump had won!
You’re not sure if you suffered a minor stroke or a brief psychotic break but since that unimaginably horrible day, your former happiness has never returned.
I hate to hear you are so distressed. Relax. You are indeed awake. Joe Biden is the President of the United States!
Sorry, I didn’t catch that. What did you say?
You said it still feels like Trump is President of America. America still appears to be marching to the blond braggart’s tune, and you can’t help worrying about what Trump is up to. You cannot understand why I’m not also stressed.
You want me to think over the present situation in the US and give you my honest opinion about what’s going to happen next.
Okay, here’s my feedback.
Trump believes the election was stolen from him. Therefore, if he was unseated by fraudulent means, he is still the President of the United States Of America.
Trump has a little problem to overcome: One-half of the country rejects his thesis of wide-scale electoral fraud as false, and his bold claim to still be President is patently farcical.
Fortunately for Trump, one-half of the country (seventy million citizens is a pretty huge number) shares his unfounded belief that the Democrats stole the 2020 election. If Trump’s followers truly believe in the Fraudulent Election Scenario, they must still regard him as their duly elected and rightful President.
Sooner rather than later, I have a sneaking feeling that Trump is going to say, almost as an aside: “You know a lot of people call me and say, “Mister President, you are still my President. A lot of people. Many of them say I’m the only President they ever want.”
Donald J. Trump dreams big! Never mind all this small-minded talk about owning a major news network and remaining the de facto Kingmaker of the GOP; Trump wants to go down in history as the man who won the Presidency of the USA and then became the first President of the risen confederacy reconstituted the Southern States Of America.
Becoming the first person to be President of two American nations! Now that’s an achievement that would truly impress even Trump’s father, Fred.
And that’s why he will go for it
That’s what I think, Dear Friend. Sleep well.
P.S. Can you imagine the ratings as Trump goes for this?
